Refunds

Here at Tempeh Boy, every batch of tempeh chips is handcrafted with love and care, so we understand that there may be very slight variations in each batch. However, if your chips arrive damaged, contaminated, or not quite what you were expecting, please get in touch with us right away and we'll work on the refund.

The refund could be done via the original payment method and we'll make sure that you receive your refund as soon as possible, and depending on your card issuer's policies, you'll see the credit within a certain number of days. 

But wait, there's more! If you prefer, we can also make you a brand new batch of tempeh chips and deliver them straight to your door. We want you to have the best experience possible with our products, so this is our way of showing you how much we care.
